    ABSTRACT We present 49 metagenome assemblies of the microbiome associated with Sphagnum (peat moss) collected from ambient, artificially warmed, and geothermally warmed conditions across Europe. These data will enable further research regarding the impact of climate change on plant-microbe symbiosis, ecology, and ecosystem functioning of northern peatland ecosystems.

    ABSTRACT Here, we report the assembled and annotated genome of the freshwater diatom Fragilaria crotonensis SAG 28.96. The 61.85-Mb nuclear genome was assembled into 879 contigs, has a GC content of 47.40%, contains 26,015 predicted genes, and shows completeness of 81%.

    ABSTRACT Here, we present the complete chloroplast genomes of Quercus × morehus , Q. wislizeni , and Q. kelloggii from California. The genomes are 161,119 to 161,130 bp and encode 132 genes. Quercus × morehus and Q. wislizeni are identical in sequence but differ from Q. kelloggii by three indels and eight SNPs.

    ABSTRACT Here, we present the chloroplast genome sequence of Quercus agrifolia Née, the California live oak, an ecologically important oak species along the coast of California. The genome is 161,283 bp in length, encodes 132 genes, and has a high level of gene synteny to other Fagaceae.

    ABSTRACT The filamentous mycoparasitic fungus Trichoderma asperelloides (Hypocreales, Ascomycota, Dikarya) strain T 203 was isolated from soil in Israel by the Ilan Chet group in the 1980s. As it has been the subject of laboratory, greenhouse, and field experiments and has been incorporated into commercial agricultural preparations, its genome has been sequenced and analyzed.
